I really want to make this but i dont know what TLS is. Could you tell me what it is and where to buy it. Thank You!

TLS is translucent liquid sculpey. It's basically liquid clay.
For this donut, I used TLS but then I decided to add deco gel .. that's why it's so transparent and runny.

If you want the more runny kind, it's called Fimo Deco Gel.
Otherwise, for a more matte finish, it's Translucent Liquid Sculpey.

You can get them at your local craft store :D
